Job Purpose:

Regional Customer Representative will be assigned specific regions to develop new business.

Job Duties :
  • Achieve quarterly financial targets set by the organization.
  • Develop and grow a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone calls, email, and networking.
  • Submit a monthly Sales Plan that is clearly aligned to Business targets.
  • Create, develop and distribute approved Customer Facing Sales Collateral.
  • Collect and report on market information as it relates to assigned regions and accounts.
  • Recruit a base of customers who will be serviced on a regular basis via Telephone and Onsite Visits.
  • Collect all outstanding amounts within the prescribed period of time.
  • Conduct and complete the sales process within the prescribed guidelines of the company.
  • Support marketing related events, seminars, mailings and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Training in Information Technology or Business Management.
  • 2+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions (IT Sales experience is an asset).
  • Demonstrated results in meeting Sales Targets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work with Minimal Supervision.
  • Very strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain in CRM accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, meetings and presentations and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to quickly forge relationships with people.
  • Assertive, confident and positive, while maintaining a high standard of integrity.
  • Punctuality and Team Player.
  • Efficient in time management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Results and Goal oriented.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services.

Job Purpose:

The PC Technician's role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required.

Job Duties:
  • Analyzes current and proposed departmental/user hardware and software systems; develops and maintains processes and systems for the optimal uses of hardware and software
  • Analyzes and solves computer applications and systems problems for students, faculty, and staff; provides a wide range of technical assistance to departmental user support staff.
  • Provides technical support for research and development initiatives and new technologies.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and recommends solutions for hardware and software acquisitions.
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
  • Will maintain applicable records including user lists, user accounts and security, and equipment inventory.
  • Will oversee or provide direction to students or employees.
  • Works with monitoring team to ensure optimization and management of software systems
  • Maintains log of all worked preformed and processed.
  • Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by computer operation manuals, or supervisor.
  • Sets and loads computer equipment with required items and prepares computer equipment for operation.
