Customers continue to rely on Caribbean TECH TrendZ Ltd to deliver exceptional knowledge competencies with advanced content and Top Tier Business Services. We made a lot of new friends in 2013 and have much to be thankful for, we’ve kept on learning and growing, continually helping our customers navigate the changing IT and Business landscape, we’ve kept up our stellar customer satisfaction ratingsand won the Training Center of the year because of it. Our work in the trenches in our consulting practice and EPG services group continues with Datacentre Migrations and High Availability, Office 365 Transitions and Customer directed and Partner ecosystem knowledge services. Our expansion into the Caribbean with multi-country services continue with governmental and enterprise customers spearheaded with joint activity from CTTL and Microsoft Services delivering phenomenal returns to invested customers.

Our company has grown internally by over 100% to support our growing customer base and additional service offerings such as Disaster Recover and PenTesting Services and Cloud Services Platform adoption.

We continue to be the thought leaders in this very exciting time in our Industry where everything is changing and evolving. In 2013 we also made radical changes in our Training readiness, with mandatory *battle learning* for our Trainers with literally 24 hour IT drills carried out by US proctors to ensure our Trainers were hardened to meet and exceed *world class standards*. The results speak for themselves. Our Training goes deeper than other Training companies and the students reap the rewards of our preparation.

We’ve introduced the region’s FIRST *Cyber Range* in 2013, a place where students could practice all of the security vectors in a controlled environment and gain mastery over subject matter to counteract the growing vulnerabilities of today’s Digital Systems.

Additionally we’ve pioneered for many of our training classes 24x7 Access to labs as well as our LMS portal, so Learning continues way after hours and after class completes.

So why did we do all of this you ask ??? Good Question……For far too long Training has been seen in the region as a commodity, something that employers send employees to at the *lowest price* and shop around for *bargains*. While we believe in value, we also believe that IT Training is NOT created equal, AND there is a BIG difference with who you do your Training with.

Part of our Mission is our commitment to community, over the last year and going forward, Caribbean TECH TrendZ Ltd (CTTL) in collaboration with Microsoft Learning and Mile2 continues to develop our Caribbean workforce and we will continue to grow the IT pro community well into the future, with over USD $40,000 in Training and Exams to IT Pros last year, this year we continue this Trend and expand on our coverage.

In 2013 our students are the ones who have been doing the talking, they are proclaiming that there is a BIG difference in the Quality of Training at CTTL….to summarize and I quote from a student……
