The IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
You’ll provide hands-on technical support to team members and resolve issues related to systems and networks promptly.
Maintaining IT documentation, assisting in software and hardware upgrades, and ensuring system security are part of the daily tasks.
You’ll also be expected to support remote users, monitor system performance, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
